Clinical Research Associate (CRA I – SCRA)

A leading global CRO is expanding its Sponsor-Dedicated teams in Romania and is hiring CRAs across multiple levels (CRA I to Senior CRA). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-profile pharmaceutical sponsors across a range of therapeutic areas, within a stable and well-established global organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits
• Supporting site-level subject recruitment and retention strategies
• Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements
• Tracking study progress including regulatory submissions, enrolment, CRF completion, and query resolution
• Building strong partnerships with investigators, site staff, and sponsor teams

What we’re looking for

• University degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• Minimum 2 years of independent monitoring experience (CRA level dependent)
• Experience within a Pharma, CRO, or clinical trial environment
• Strong MS Office and systems proficiency
• Fluent Romanian and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across Romania; valid Class B driving licence
