Our story started in 2017…

… when our founders Mark and Caroline O’Brien decided to utilise their expertise and create a Biometrics recruitment consultancy.


Since 2017, we have expanded globally and successfully placed candidates in +25 countries. With over 25,000 candidates registered on our database, we provide unrivalled coverage when you are looking for new talent.

In a heavily candidate-driven market, our goal is to make sure we find a perfect match for Life Sciences professionals with a hard-to-find skill set and complex job offers from pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

September 2017

Warman O’Brien Founded

Launched in a shed near near Twickenham, London, UK, Mark and Caroline O’Brien founded Warman O’Brien, an agency that brought real ex-industry experience into the hiring process across the UK & Europe.

June 2019

USA Capability

We grew our team and extended our recruitment capabilities to cover the US and Canada.

February 2020

Wider Life Sciences Capability

We expanded our specialism capability to recruit talent in Biometrics, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Data Sciences, C-suite, Discovery Sciences, and Medical Affairs.

August 2021

New HQ in Twickenham, UK

We moved to the new and shiny office in Twickenham, a hidden gem in West London, UK.

July 2022

Opening the New Zealand Office

We launched a new office in Auckland, New Zealand. Our New Zealand team focuses on connecting top-tier talent to Biotech and Pharma companies across the US West Coast.

September 2022

Our 5 year anniversary

We celebrated our 5 year anniversary and had some extra office fun planned for each day of the work week.
