For every referral we place in a contract/temporary or permanent role you will receive £900 / €1000 / $1000.

All referrals must be made to Warman O’Brien and verified by filling in the form at www.warmanobrien.com or emailing info@warmanobrien.com and deemed suitably qualified by a Warman O’Brien representative.

Terms & Conditions:

• A recommended friend(s) placed in a permanent role will only qualify if the successful candidate is placed for a minimum of 6 months.
• A recommended friend(s) placed in a contract/temporary role will only qualify if the successful candidate is placed for a minimum of 3 months.
• Ongoing contract/temporary placement bonuses will be paid every 6 months (for the first 12 months they work whilst being a contractor of Warman O’Brien) in arrears from contract/temporary commencement date.
• This referral scheme is only open to individuals (or an individual that trades under a Ltd entity) but not to companies of multiple employees/directors.
• To qualify for a reward, a recommended friend(s) must be referred and placed within a six month period of initially registering with Warman O’Brien.
• Candidates who are already on our database prior to the date of referral do not qualify unless they have not been contacted by a Warman O’Brien employee for a period of longer than 6 months prior to the referral date.
