SVP Product & Platform (Consultant)

Warman O'Brien is delighted to partner with an innovative clinical-stage biotechnology company on the appointment of a Fractional Executive Director / SVP, Digital Product & Platform.

This is a unique opportunity to join an emerging biotech developing a first-in-class CNS therapy supported by an integrated digital platform. Initially offered on a fractional consultancy basis, the role is expected to transition into a permanent executive position following Series A financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital product strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Oversee external software development partners and product delivery.
• Ensure the digital platform supports clinical development, regulatory strategy and future commercialisation.
• Act as the executive lead for the digital product with the Board, investors and key external stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated drug and digital solution.

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior leadership experience within Digital Health, Digital Therapeutics or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
• Proven track record leading regulated digital products from concept through launch.
• Experience working with external technology partners and software development vendors.
• Strong understanding of regulated healthcare environments and product development.
• Executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience within venture-backed biotech, digital health or MedTech environments preferred.
