  • Lead medical planning across anti-infectives, with additional involvement in onco-haematology
  • Manage, coach and develop the local Medical Affairs team
  • Build scientific partnerships with KOLs, healthcare institutions and medical societies
  • Act as final medical signatory for promotional and non-promotional materials
  • Provide strategic medical input as part of the UK leadership team
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Regulatory, Safety, Legal and Compliance
  • Maintain robust medical governance across the UK and Ireland

Ideal background:

  • Medically qualified, with 7+ years’ Medical Affairs experience
  • At least two years of clinical practice experience
  • Strong anti-infectives expertise gained within industry or clinical practice
  • Onco-haematology experience would be highly advantageous
  • Proven experience developing and delivering country-level medical strategy
  • UK final signatory experience and strong ABPI Code expertise
  • Excellent leadership, communication and business-partnering skills
  • A hands-on, commercially aware and solutions-focused approach

Candidates should be based within reasonable travelling distance of the company’s South East England office and comfortable with up to 30% national and international travel.

Competitive package and strong potential for future regional or global progression.
