Key Account Manager – Oncology (Lung Cancer)

Warman O'Brien is partnering with a global pharmaceutical company as they expand their Oncology commercial team following the acquisition of an exciting new lung cancer asset.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation at a pivotal stage, helping to drive the successful launch and commercialisation of an innovative oncology therapy across Germany.
Role focus:
- Build and develop strategic relationships with key oncology stakeholders and treatment centres.
- Drive product adoption through scientific and commercial engagement.
- Develop regional account plans to maximise patient access and commercial success.
- Work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing teams.
- Deliver against sales objectives while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
Candidate profile:
- Previous Key Account Manager or Hospital Specialist experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong Oncology experience, ideally within lung cancer.
- Established network across German oncology centres.
- In depth knowledge of the German healthcare landscape.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent German and English.
