Clinical Research Associates (CRAII/Senior CRA) – Remote, Poland
We are seeking Clinical Research Associates at CRA II and Senior CRA levels to join a growing clinical research team within a global biopharmaceutical company (FSP model).
Candidates from across Poland are welcome to apply, with preference for those based in Poznań, Bydgoszcz, Łódź, Wrocław and Szczecin.
The Role
As a CRA, you will be responsible for clinical trial monitoring, ensuring protocol compliance, patient safety, data integrity and ICH-GCP standards. Responsibilities include site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits, source data review, query resolution, documentation and collaboration with investigators and site teams.
This is a remote regional role, with approximately 70% of sites within 250 km of your home and around 8–10 monitoring days per month, combining on-site and remote visits. You may manage up to five protocols.
Requirements
- BA/BS/BSc in Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related field.
- At least 1 year of independent monitoring experience preferred for CRA I/II.
- 3+ years of CRA experience preferred for Senior CRA.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials, ICH-GCP and applicable regulations.
- Fluent Polish and advanced English.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience in Cardiology, Haematology/Oncology, Inflammation, Metabolic Disorders, Neurology or Rare Diseases is advantageous but not essential.
