Contract Analyst I & II – Clinical Research

About the Role
We are partnering with a leading global clinical research organisation that is looking for an experienced Contract Analyst to join its clinical trial contracting and budgeting team in Poland.
This is a remote opportunity offering responsibility for the development, negotiation and execution of clinical trial agreements and site budgets at country level. You will work closely with Study Start-Up and Clinical Operations teams to ensure sites progress efficiently through contracting and budgeting and are ready to enroll in line with study timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate, administer and execute Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and associated site budgets.
- Support and oversee country-level budget development, including the establishment of appropriate budget parameters.
- Manage site contract and budget negotiations to support timely site activation and enrolment.
- Work closely with Study Start-Up, Clinical Operations and contracting/budgeting teams to improve study start-up performance.
- Review budget and contracting data against established parameters and fair market value guidance.
- Act as an escalation point for budget negotiations that fall outside agreed parameters.
- Identify potential contracting or budgeting delays and proactively implement solutions.
- Track negotiation timelines and ensure contractual deliverables remain aligned with study start-up plans.
- Support process improvements and help maintain consistent contracting and budgeting standards across clinical trial portfolios.
- Provide data-driven insights to support contracting and budgeting decisions.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent).
- 4+ years' experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO or relevant clinical research organisation.
- At least 2 years' experience overseeing site contracting and budgeting activities.
- Experience developing or managing country and/or site-level clinical trial budgets.
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Trial Agreements, site budgets and contract negotiation.
- Understanding of the principles behind country and site budgeting and contracting strategies.
- Ability to interpret data and use it to support commercial and operational decisions.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
