Change Manager

A global consultancy client of mine has partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation and is now seeking to bring on board a program manager to design and implement a change framework.

Core skills and experiences required: -

• Proven experience in managing change management projects.
• Strong experience in managing multiple CI/transformational projects.
• Skilled with developing business cases.
• Roadmap development experience.
• Experience using data to identify and quantify improvement opportunities.
• Experienced in PMO governance and senior stakeholder reporting.
