Business Development Director – FSP Biometrics

Warman O'Brien is delighted to partner with a leading global CRO to appoint a Business Development Director who will drive the growth of its FSP and single-service biometrics solutions across Europe.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• 10+ years’ experience in business development, sales or commercial leadership within the CRO or clinical research sector

• A successful track record of selling FSP or functional service solutions

• Strong knowledge of biometrics services, including biostatistics, statistical programming and data management

• Experience identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and securing new business

• The ambition and commercial drive to build a growing service offering

• An established network across European biotechnology and pharmaceutical organisations

• Experience within a large or global CRO environment is highly desirable

• Based in Europe, ideally in the UK, Germany, Spain or France
