For our HTA & Market Access team, we are seeking a Senior Consultant / Associate Director (depending on experience) with demonstrable expertise in health economics, HTA, and/or market access within the Netherlands.
You have experience preparing and submitting reimbursement dossiers to bodies such as the National Health Care Institute (Zorginstituut Nederland) and the Dutch Association of Health Insurers (Zorgverzekeraars Nederland), and you are fluent in Dutch and English.
Role
As a senior expert, you will be the point of contact for clients and hold ultimate responsibility for the quality of reimbursement dossiers. You will combine subject-matter leadership with project management and contribute to the growth of both the team and the business.
Responsibilities
Leading HTA and market access projects
Developing and reviewing reimbursement dossiers
Advising on pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies
Coordinating projects and ensuring quality and deadlines are met
Managing and coaching consultants
Monitoring (inter)national developments in the field
Maintaining client relationships and acting as a strategic partner/advisor
Contributing to business development (±20–30%)
Profile
3–10 years of experience in HTA/market access (industry or consultancy)
In-depth knowledge of the Dutch healthcare and reimbursement system
Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with stakeholder management and project leadership
Fluent Dutch and excellent English
