An exceptional opportunity for a physician to lead strategy and innovation in a fast-growing Cell & Gene Therapy clinical development portfolio, with particular focus on Gene Therapy and Gene Editing platforms.

We’re seeking a senior clinical expert with strong experience in advanced therapeutics research and trial design to join a dedicated Center of Excellence driving transformation in Cell & Gene Therapy development. This is a high-profile, strategic role where scientific expertise meets commercial growth.

As Medical Strategy Lead, you’ll shape patient-centered, data-driven clinical strategies, guide sponsors through early-stage development, and provide senior expertise across protocol design, regulatory planning, and feasibility. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help win new business, drive innovation in complex trials, and lead scientific engagements that strengthen both sponsor programs and organizational thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative delivery strategies for Cell & Gene Therapy clinical trials
• Provide scientific and operational insight for protocol design and feasibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated clinical solutions
• Represent the organization in scientific presentations, publications, and industry meetings

What You Bring:

• MD, DO, or MD/PhD with experience in Cell & Gene Therapy, particularly Gene Therapy / Gene Editing
• 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical research or drug development within advanced therapeutics
• Strong knowledge of CAGT science, regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH), and competitive landscape
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; confident in high-level strategic discussions
• A passion for innovation and a track record of cross-functional collaboration
