Senior Statistical Programmer I / II | Leading CRO | Remote or Hybrid (Warsaw) | Poland |

An established, fast-growing CRO is expanding its statistical programming team and is looking for Senior Statistical Programmers to join from anywhere in Poland. The role can be fully remote or hybrid in Warsaw.

Your role
You will take a senior, hands-on role in statistical programming, leading projects and supporting regulatory submissions. You will also mentor junior programmers and help maintain programming standards.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading statistical programming activities across clinical studies
  • Developing, programming, and reviewing SDTM and ADaM datasets
  • Programming and reviewing TLGs for CSRs, ISS and ISE
  • Performing CDISC and Pinnacle 21 checks
  • Preparing and reviewing define.xml, aCRFs, and related documentation
  • Supporting regulatory submissions
  • Improving processes, macros, and programming standards
  • Mentoring and guiding less experienced programmers

What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Computer Science, or similar
  • 6+ years of experience in clinical trial statistical programming
  • Strong hands-on experience with SDTM, ADaM, TLGs, and CDISC
  • Solid SAS programming skills
  • Experience working in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
  • Comfortable leading workstreams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail, good organisation, and a practical approach to problem-solving
