Senior Clinical Research Associate | Sponsor Dedicated📍 Romania | Home Based

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join a sponsor-dedicated team in Romania. This is a home-based position offering strong long-term development within a stable, international clinical research environment.

The Role

As a Senior CRA, you will be responsible for the full monitoring lifecycle across assigned studies and therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Site selection, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits

• Supporting the development and oversight of subject recruitment plans

• Ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and applicable regulatory requirements

• Tracking study progress including regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and query resolution

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with investigators, site staff and sponsor representatives

Requirements:

• University degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline

• Minimum 2 years of independent on-site monitoring experience within a pharma or CRO environment

• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP

• Fluent Romanian and English

• Based in Romania

• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to build effective working relationships

• Flexibility to travel nationally

• Valid Class B driving licence
