Senior CRA

A global CRO is looking to hire CRAs at a range of levels from CRA I to SCRA to join their Sponsor dedicated teams across Romania. They have opportunities available to join a number of high-profile pharmaceutical clients and work across therapeutic areas.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years independent monitoring experience, and can be based anywhere in Romania.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines
• Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolutions
• Collaborating with experts at study sites and with client representatives

Your Profile

• University degree in scientific discipline or health care.
• Experience in Pharma Industry, and/or Clinical Trials environment performing independent monitoring for at least 4 months.
• Very good computer skills including MS Office.
• Excellent command of Romanian and English language.
• Organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.
• Flexibility to travel across Romania.
• Driver’s license class B.
