Senior Contract Analyst

Location: Remote, Poland

 

About the Opportunity

Our client, a global clinical research organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Analyst to join a dedicated single-sponsor team supporting an innovative biopharmaceutical company focused on oncology.

 

This is a fully remote opportunity based anywhere in Poland, offering the chance to work within a collaborative international environment on cutting-edge clinical research programmes.

 

The Role

As a Senior Contract Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts that support global clinical research projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance while identifying and mitigating risk throughout the contract lifecycle.

 

This role also offers the opportunity to share your expertise by mentoring colleagues and contributing to the continuous improvement of contract management processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and finalise a variety of clinical research contracts.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Analyse contractual terms to identify risks, obligations, and opportunities.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on contract interpretation and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are tracked.
  • Support the development and enhancement of contract management processes and best practices.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5–6 years' experience in contract negotiation and contract management.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or clinical research industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous Lead or mentoring experience would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5%).
