  • Oversee all aspects of data management activities, including data cleaning, database design, CRF development, and database lock.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including biostatistics, clinical operations, and project management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GCP, ICH, CDISC) and company SOPs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in clinical data management within a CRO, pharma, or biotech setting.
  • At least 7 years as an independent Lead Data Manager, with full responsibility for study-level DM deliverables.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale global clinical trials.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and direct negotiations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and knowledge-sharing.
  • Expertise in industry-standard EDC systems and familiarity with CDISC/CDASH standards.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a global, mission-driven team at the forefront of clinical innovation.
  • Work on diverse, complex studies with top-tier sponsors and collaborators.
  • Opportunities for career growth, leadership, and global mobility.
  • Supportive, flexible work culture that values excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
