Project Manager – Microsoft Project Implementation (Contract)

Warman O’Brien is supporting the search for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Project within a global R&D environment.

This is a hands on contract role focused on setting up Microsoft Project as a single planning and reporting tool across a portfolio currently managed in Planisware.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Microsoft Project (Project for the Web) across the team.
• Assess current processes and align with existing tools (incl. Planisware).
• Configure project plans, milestones, resource tracking, and reporting.
• Support data migration from Planisware / Excel where needed.
• Define templates, ways of working, and documentation.
• Drive adoption via training, workshops, and user support.
• Support governance, KPIs, and portfolio reporting activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years’ experience in PMO, project management, or business analysis.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Project (Project for the Web preferred).
• Experience in project/portfolio environments; Planisware exposure is a plus.
• Able to gather requirements and translate into practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent in French 

Contract Details

6-month contract
€360 per day
Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite in Brussels
