Contract Opportunity – Global Access Strategy Manager (Pharma)

A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Global Access Strategy Manager to support payer strategy and evidence development for a key asset.

Key details:

• 12-month contract (extension likely)
• 55/hour (umbrella)
• Hybrid working (1 day onsite berkshire)
• Start: ASAP

The role:
This is a hands-on global role focused on translating market access strategy into high-quality payer evidence and value deliverables. You will work cross-functionally to support global and regional teams with materials that enable successful HTA and reimbursement outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain payer evidence and value materials (e.g. value dossiers, narratives)
• Translate strategy into clear, evidence-based outputs for payers
• Identify evidence gaps and collaborate with HEOR/RWE teams
• Support global-to-local adaptation of access materials
• Contribute to asset strategy discussions with payer insights

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in Market Access / HEOR / HTA / payer strategy
• Experience with value dossiers / payer materials
• Exposure to global or multi-country projects
• Ability to work cross-functionally across medical, HEOR, and commercial teams
