Our client is a venture-backed, IND-ready cell therapy company developing a novel CAR-T platform focused on solid tumors. Backed by a leading investor syndicate, the company is approaching first-in-human studies and entering a key phase of clinical and strategic growth.

The company is seeking a US-based Executive Chair to work closely with the CEO and board on:

• strategic positioning and external narrative
• investor engagement and financing strategy
• partnering discussions
• broader board-level guidance as the company enters the clinic.

The successful candidate will bring:

• significant biotech leadership experience
• strong investor and pharma connectivity
• experience supporting companies through financings, strategic transactions and major value inflection points
• ideally prior exposure to oncology, cell therapy, immunotherapy or advanced therapeutics.

This is intended to be a strategically engaged Chair role rather than a passive governance position.
