Warman O’Brien is proud to be supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in the appointment of a Senior Project Manager or Principal Project Manager within Global Medical Affairs – Oncology.
This high-impact role supports the global launch of a priority oncology asset, offering an exceptional opportunity to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives across a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. The position can be performed remotely or on a hybrid basis from the UK, Belgium, or select EU locations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate global Medical Affairs launch activities for a priority oncology program.

Drive project execution, ensuring delivery against key milestones, budgets, and timelines.

Manage cross-functional planning, governance, RAID tracking, and stakeholder engagement.

Collaborate closely with senior medical, regulatory, and commercial leaders to align global objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience

6–12+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs project management, ideally with strong Oncology exposure.

Proven track record of managing complex, global programs and engaging confidently with senior leadership.

Excellent organisational, communication, and influencing skills.

Strong understanding of launch operations and cross-functional alignment within a global matrix.

Fluent English required; additional European languages an advantage.
