Business Analyst | CRO | Germany | Home Based|

We are working in partnership with a growing CRO who we have worked alongside for a number of years and have built up a great understanding of their culture. They are expanding their team and have a new opportunity for a Business Analyst to join them. This a varied role where you will be working on an evolving product as well as identifying and developing new products within software development.

We are interested in speaking with candidates from either a Data Management or SAS Programming background with business analysis experience and or software development from a regulated environment.

What you will be doing:
  • Take ownership of internal software and products.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to perform requirements engineering.
  • Write user stories and maintain the backlog.
  • Create and discuss user interface (UI) drafts and business workflows.
  • Document business processes.
  • Plan releases.
  • Communicate software changes and write release notes.
  • Collaborate with the development team and quality assurance to document within the QMS system.
  • Collaborate with QA-IT team in validation of the new product.
  • Train other users.
  • You may also be required to provide first level support.

What you will need:
  • A clinical background from either Data Management or SAS Programming preferred.
  • Experience in agile software development and used at least one software development management tool such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in GCP environments would also be preferred.
  • Experience with UI mockups and wireframes (such as Figma or PowerPoint) is also desirable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills,
  • Fluent in both German and English essential.
  • Have excellent presentation skills and be open minded.
