With an MSc in Genetics and over 8-years of experience leading scientific recruitment teams within the Biotech industry, I am now leading our New Zealand Team focused on the US West Coast Biotech and Pharma market. I am able to leverage my hands-on experience and genuine passion for scientific research, combined with a thorough knowledge of the market, giving me a unique technical insight into client and candidate needs.
I have a proven track record of partnering with a variety of Biotech and In Vitro Diagnostics companies in the UK, Europe, US and the Middle East to place a variety of niche mid-level to C-suite roles in drug discovery, translational research and CMC/technical development.
Working with a variety of client types, I bring extensive expertise in helping Stealth Mode and Start-up Biotech companies scale their businesses, with a strong focus on cell, gene and other advanced therapies.
