Recruiting within Life Sciences is very fulfilling, and I love being able to speak with and connect to the brightest minds in the industry.
My ultimate goal as a consultant is to guide my candidates in their search for a new and ambitious career opportunity, ensuring a mutually successful result and satisfaction from all parties involved in the recruitment process. Being able to speak with a variety of passionate individuals makes me excited to come to work every day.
When I am not recruiting, I enjoy playing golf or football. Back in the day, I used to play football for Ireland at youth level.
