With over a decade of experience, I have developed a strong expertise in Life Sciences recruitment. My career began in shared services, which provided me with a deep understanding of global contract compliance and the intricacies of recruitment processes.

I have successfully led and built high-performing recruitment teams across diverse Life Sciences functions, including Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Technical Operations, and Scientific roles. My expertise lies in contract professionals, with a proven track record in the UK, Europe, and, more recently, the US East Coast.

As Vice President of Contract at Warman O'Brien, my focus is supporting our clients with identifying SME Consultants and Senior Hires within Clinical Development & Medical Affairs.
