About Us.
Connecting people for a brighter future.
Our Story Started in 2017…
… when our founders Mark and Caroline O’Brien decided to utilise their expertise and create a Biometrics recruitment consultancy.
Since 2017, we have expanded globally and successfully placed candidates in +25 countries. With over 30,000 candidates registered on our database, we provide unrivalled coverage when you are looking for new talent.
In a heavily candidate-driven market, our goal is to make sure we find a perfect match for Life Sciences professionals with a hard-to-find skill set and complex job offers from pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
Our Values
Our core philosophy stands on four key values- supportive, collaborative and trusting and passionate, which influence the way we interact internally and how we serve our candidates and clients.

Passionate
Driven by science, enhancing lives

Supportive
Empowering you, and your success

Collaborative
Uniting people, delivering excellence

Trusting
Reliable, responsible and respected

Our contribution for the better
Making an impact
Supporting charities is not just empty words for us; it’s a way to contribute to the broader Life Sciences community (which is close to our hearts), to those amazing people who are committed to finding the cure, to the industry's progress, and supporting those who need help in any way.
Every year the Warman O’Brien team chooses a charity partner of the year and makes a donation at the end of each quarter. In 2022, we donated over £10,000 to the Institute of Cancer Research and Movember movement, and took part in some fun activities throughout the year.
Over the last three years, our team supported the Institute of Cancer Research, Movember, Jigsaw Youth Mental Health and Alzheimer’s Research UK charities. In support of their remarkable efforts, we ran in the mud, cycled, and even swam in the wild Atlantic Ocean. In total, we raised and donated over £24,000 and are incredibly thankful to everyone involved.
