Senior Biostatistician II
Award-Winning CRO | Fully Remote | UK / Europe

Are you a seasoned Biostatistician ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values innovation, flexibility, and people-first culture? We’ve partnered with a leading, award-winning CRO that’s known for delivering excellence in clinical research — and they’re looking for a Senior Biostatistician I or II to join their high-performing Study Delivery team.

🚀 Your Impact Starts Here

As a Senior Biostatistician, you’ll take the lead on biostatistics and programming activities for studies of moderate complexity — from planning and monitoring to execution and delivery. Your work will be critical to ensuring clinical trials are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll drive key statistical tasks including:

  • Contributing to protocol development: study design, sample size calculations, and patient randomization

  • Designing case report forms with statistical input

  • Creating statistical analysis plans and defining derived data

  • Designing and reviewing tables, listings, and figures for clinical study reports

  • Performing data analysis and interpreting results

  • Writing the statistical methods sections of integrated reports

  • Ensuring consistency across a program of studies

Bonus: Experience in Oncology is a plus — but not essential.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in a biostatistics role within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment

  • Strong grasp of applied parametric/nonparametric statistics and solid SAS programming skills

  • In-depth knowledge of study designs and clinical trial methodology

  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal

  • Ability to translate complex statistical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

🌟 Why Join?

This CRO isn’t just another name in the industry — it’s a place where careers are built, talents are nurtured, and people matter.

  • Career Progression: Whether you want to grow deeper into biostatistics or explore adjacent roles, there’s a clear path forward.

  • Learning Culture: You’ll be empowered with coaching and mentoring opportunities, and given the space to grow your expertise.

  • Flexible Working: 100% remote role with a focus on work-life balance.

  • Competitive Package: Excellent salary and benefits, tailored to today’s market and your experience.

  • People-First Culture: You’re not just an employee — you’re part of a collaborative, supportive team that feels more like family.

💬 Company Culture

These values shape how they operate, how they treat their teams, and how they strive to improve patients’ lives every day. It’s not just about doing good work — it’s about doing it together.
