The Challenge
Warman O’Brien were tasked with assisting a growing Life Science consultancy and needed experienced Biometrics contract experts to cover multiple complex and diverse projects quickly to meet the needs of their clients. This has been an ongoing project starting in 2019 through to the present day. Through working in partnership with the CEO and Head of Departments, we have been responsible for finding contractors across multiple specialisms, including Biostatistics, Programming, Data Management, and Data Science. The client focuses on providing consultancy services handling large amounts of complex data for a number of the world's most innovative Biopharma companies.

The Solution
We worked closely with the client to gain a deep understanding of the technical and soft skills required for the role, so we could create a pipeline of candidates that could enhance the business from both a competence and cultural standpoint. As contractors can often be needed at short notice, Warman O’Brien employ a constant feedback process with contractors to understand potential next availability to take on new roles.
Due to the flexible nature of the roles, Warman O’Brien conducted first-stage interviews with each contractor prior to submittal to the client to ensure that they were expertly screened and qualified against each new position.
