Amanda is a senior business development professional and management consulting leader with 20 years of expertise in delivering strategic solutions across innovation, operational excellence, sustainability, and risk management. She has managed the full life cycle from planning to execution.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from Imperial College and possesses extensive experience in recruiting across all functions of the Life Sciences, Tech, and Renewables industries.

Her specialist search expertise lies primarily in R&D, Drug Discovery, Clinical Trials, and more recently, in tech and SaaS businesses, including eCOA software platforms. She also has a strong understanding of Regulatory, Licensing, and Medical Affairs within the biotech and Pharma space.

Amanda is leading up our Client Engagement and Development function globally. She partners with new and existing clients to ensure Warman O’Brien deliver the highest possible level of service.

Amanda enjoys collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships with leadership and candidates. She has successfully placed exceptional candidates from Mid Management to Board, CEO-/Chair-level, and non-executive director (NED)/executive leadership positions globally. Her extensive network has been cultivated through mutual respect and trust, earned by working effectively as part of a dynamic team.

In addition to dedicating over two decades to advancing Life Science firms at various stages, she has also spent time managing a global music non-profit organization. This initiative has significantly contributed to generating essential funds to improve the well-being and support of numerous communities.
