A leading consultancy are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Delivery Manager to lead impactful, data-driven projects. If you are passionate about delivering project success and creating value for clients, this could be the opportunity for you.

You will oversee the delivery of data-intensive projects for Pharma and Biotech clients, with a particular focus on clinical trials. Your role will be key in ensuring seamless collaboration, driving measurable results, maintaining team satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data-focused projects for Pharma and Biotech clients, especially within clinical trials.
• Build strong client relationships – understand needs, provide expert advice, and deliver solutions.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to identify new opportunities, cross-sell and upsell services, and support pre-sales activities.
• Step in as Project or Product Manager when required – manage backlogs, refine requirements, and support engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or within top consulting firms.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects in Pharma/Biotech.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC standards in one or more areas: molecular biology, bioinformatics, clinical trial data tools, or clinical data workflows.
• Experience in client-facing roles with responsibility for relationship management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, professional, and adaptable with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and conferences.
• Comfortable working across time zones (Europe and the US).
