Medical Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished Medical Manager with a proven track record in healthcare management and the ability to serve as a final signatory. The ideal candidate will lead the medical team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.

This role will focus on a first of it’s kind new molecule being launched and so you will be very well positioned in the business to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Input and implement the global medical strategy

· Represent the global medical affairs team in cross functional core meetings and build key legitimate scientific relationships with global external partners

· Aid in executing the global publication plan for the product

· Keep abreast of medical developments within the key therapeutic areas and create value content for internal and external audiences

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

· Registered physician or pharmacist who can act as final signatory.

· Experience in Medical Affairs at Global or National level

· Experience in launching a new drug (desirable)

· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Effective communication and teamwork skills.

· Commitment to patient-centered care.
