We are working with a global pharma, focused on rare diseases, that is looking for a Lead Data Manager (10+ years experience) with experience in managing late phase trials.

Responsibilities:

As a leading member of the data management team, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategically acquiring data from clinical trials and leading the design and validation of databases.
• Authoring the DMP, as per protocol specifications
• Leveraging your leadership experience to provide comprehensive data management expertise, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products aligned with customer needs across various therapeutic areas.
• Directing the team in project planning, execution, and close-out, as well as overseeing financial management, communications, and milestone deliverables.
• Serving as the primary point of contact between the vendor and the study team, managing all DM deliverables.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Ideally, 10+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management, with at least 4 years in an independent lead capacity.
• A strong background in Rare Disease, preferably within CRO or Pharma
• Ability to effectively present in weekly meetings and collaborate with a global team.
• Demonstrated extensive data management skills and a thorough understanding of DM processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a biological or mathematical discipline is preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
