Our client, a Global Pharmaceutical organisation is looking for a Commercial and Pricing Manager who can drive the business forward and establish relationships with key strategic partners.
This role is critical in optimizing pricing strategy and ensuring that reimbursements are maintained in across all European markets. You will coordinate with global and local stakeholders whilst managing pricing activities for key markets. In addition, you will also support tender applications and support wider commercial activities across all markets.
Role and responsibilities
- Build business cases and coordinate with external stakeholders and customers to in turn optimise pricing strategies.
- Pricing submissions into central database, ERP pricing maintenance and close collaboration with local market access consultants and central teams.
- Application of tenders in CEE markets as well acting as back up for commercial colleagues applying for tenders in other EU markets.
- Establish regular commercial discussion with direct customers on possible opportunities and motivate key decision makers for the implementation (tenders, new business cases, new distribution channels, optimization of performance and processes etc)
- Contract negotiation, monitoring of sales and demand planning for Polish market.
- Participation in CEE/Cluster projects and support wider commercial colleagues in the cluster.
What you’ll bring
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Experience in market access and working with wholesalers/partners in pharma industry
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical market and regulations
- Understanding of the tendering process as well as international pricing and reimbursement systems
- Fluent Polish speak. Other languages are advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional and cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance undertaking of business activities.
