This world-renowned biopharmaceutical company are seeking a driven individual with expertise in developing and refining analytical techniques to support chemical manufacturing processes and product quality. Within this role you will become a core member within their Global Technical R&D department.

What will you be doing?
  • The role involves planning and executing analytical method development in a research environment (non-GMP).
  • You will also apply these methods to analyse developmental samples, preparing them for transition to a regulated laboratory setting (GMP).
  • The position centres on advanced technologies, including those used in emerging therapeutic modalities (e.g. Radioligand Therapies, Antibody Drug Conjugates, Oligonucleotides, peptides).
  • Additional responsibilities include maintaining laboratory infrastructure and managing chemical and reagent inventory.

What do you bring to the table?
  • Completion of a relevant technical apprenticeship or a scientific degree (BSc or MSc).
  • Demonstrable industry experience in analytical method development (2+ years).
  • Proficient with analytical technologies such as HPLC/UHPLC, particularly those with advanced detection systems like CAD or MS-based methods. Experience with other techniques like GC/HS-GC, titration systems, or related technologies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with analysing complex therapeutic modalities (e.g. radioligand therapies, ADCs, oligonucleotides, peptides).
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • English proficiency is essential (oral and written), while knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills.
